We are a collection of eight vibrant and dedicated community hubs, working towards our vision...
"to make a lasting difference by supportive collaboration; we're sharing learning and resources to have a wider reach and impact, and give a stronger voice to the communities we serve across Rochdale."
Together, we are there to help build skills, increase the opportunities for social connection, and provide vital crisis support. Our joint work serves the diverse communities of the Rochdale borough, working across the three townships of Middleton, Rochdale South and Rochdale North.
